Rates

• The rates for the rooms are based on 2 persons per room, per night including breakfast 8h30 till 10h .
• The rates for the apartment are based on up to 4 persons per night
• An additional person: € 30 (including breakfast)
• Children who are still sleeping in a cot stay free
• Free internet access (WiFi)
• VAT and tourist tax are included
• Onsite parking 15€ per night
  
• Payment by creditcard, cash and bank transfer
  Check in from 16:00 and departures before 11:00.Unfortunately we can not accept pets.
  The reservation is only confirmed once the deposit is received (30% of the stay). Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. If canceled, for whatever other reason, until 7 days before arrival, your deposit expires. Cancellations after these three days or shortening the stay, the full amount of the stay is due. In any case 25 € booking-fee will be charged.To avoid any disappointments regarding an unforseen cancellation, we suggest to subcribe to a cancellation insurance with you own insurance company.
  The hosts speak English, French, German and Dutch.
